Overall, it was mostly on point. The little details were handled well, and nothing really felt off or rushed.

I went on cloudnineclothing.ca thinking I’d maybe find a few pieces I liked, but the selection was disappointing. A lot of it felt kind of plain, and the styles just didn’t really stand out to me.
What made it more frustrating was that the sizes and colors seemed limited too, so even when something looked okay, there wasn’t much to choose from. I ended up leaving without buying anything because nothing really felt worth it.

I just had a basic question about sizing, but the staff member seemed rushed and a little irritated. I had to explain myself more than once, and even after putting in that effort, I still didn’t really get a clear answer. It made shopping way more annoying and stressful than it needed to be...

The clothes are good and I liked what I got, but I just wish the shipping was a little cheaper. I mean, overall it was fine, just that part...

Some of the items seem priced fairly, but then there are a few that feel way too high for what you’re actually getting. It’s not terrible, but it definitely makes me second-guess things now. I used to feel like I could trust the prices more, but lately I’m not so sure everything is really a good deal.

The return process was simple overall, so I can’t really complain too much about that part. I got it done without much trouble. The only annoying thing was waiting longer than expected for updates, which I’m kind of blaming them for because a quick status message would’ve helped. But in the end, everything worked out fine.

I ordered the exact same size twice, and somehow they fit completely differently each time. It’s ridiculous because you never know what you’re going to get.

I used the promo code, but it barely took anything off. Even with the sale prices, it didn’t feel like much of a bargain. I was expecting better deals, so that was kind of disappointing

Overall, this was pretty much what I expected from the photos. It’s nice when something shows up looking the way it’s advertised, so that was a plus. The sizing was just a little off, but not enough to make it unusable. It still works for what I needed.
